Android developer plans alternative app store for banned apps

Kousik Dutta, a developer for Android, has decided to create an app store exclusively for banned app from the Android Market. This banned app store will be available to users of Cyanogenmod which is a version of Android accessible to users that have rooted their device. There are a lot of copyright laws and patents that deal with banned apps so this will be a big issue for the app store to overcome and be successful.
