Windows Phones Steadily Gaining Popularity

Windows phones are slowly becoming a competitor to Android and iOS devices. Although there are only approximately 4.7 million Windows phones in users’ hands right now, almost 3 million of those were sold in Q4 2011. These numbers may rise even more quickly when Nokia releases the more economically friendly Lumia 900 Windows phone for $99 next month. Nokia is also expected to announce at least two more Windows phones this weekend at Mobile World Congress.
