Square raises $200M and is expanding

Mobile payment company Square has gone through multiple series of collecting money and the latest brought in $200 million. Square is now backed with Visa, Chase, and Starbucks is the latest company joining the group. The invested money is to grow and especially to expand internationally. Square has been processing $8 billion dollar sales annually. Other companies have since start of Square come out with similar platforms to compete with, but Square is hoping still to be in the frontline and also works on appealing to the small business owners.
