Internet and TV Advertising Dominates

BI Intelligence is a company that does research and analysis that focuses on mobile computing and internet. Using the data gathered they published a report that shows the current trends and changes in internet usage as well as marketing numbers. Third of the world’s population is now connected to the internet so there is still a lot of room for the industry to grow. Advertising revenues from “non-digital” sources has been in a decline for a while and it’s television and online advertising that contributes 80% of the current revenue. Google and Apple are some of the few companies that dominate the industry while others such as the newspaper industry as a whole is disappearing.
