New App Allows You to Journal and Share Your Dreams

The new app, SHADOW, allows you to record and share your dreams. Currently, it is invitation only. It was initially funded through Kickstarter. It has a subtle alarm that helps you wake easily, as well as a feature to allow you to journal your dreams either privately or publically. There is also a voice activated digital recording feature.
The capacity to access many dreams could mean a lot of good for talk therapists. It is also a good tool for self-reflection. Some experts have discussed using SHADOW as a tool to analyze the dreams of cultures or to see if your dreams are affected by your day-to-day life.
