According to a new study from Juniper Research, advertising in the mobile industry is expected to rise from the current level of $13 billion to $40 billion by 2018. Although desktop ads are worth much more money per click, followed by tablets and then mobile devices, ad revenue is quickly shifting towards mobile. The fastest growth is expected with in-app advertising. Also, the region with the fastest growth in mobile advertising will be India, with 400% growth expected by 2018.
