Firefox OS phones spread into Mexico, Uruguay, and Peru

Telefónica is bringing the ZTE Open and Alcatel One Touch Fire to Mexico. In Peru, the carrier is launching the ZTE Open; in Uruguay, the Alcatel One Touch Fire is available in Uruguay.
