Jersey Mike’s releases an app that combines mobile ordering and loyalty rewards

Normally, this sort of app would not be a big deal, however, I think that combining mobile ordering and loyalty rewards was a great idea because it actually gives the customer incentive to download and use their app. Sure, it is still possible to order in person, but the loyalty rewarding system has the capability of making the employee experience more efficient. For example, if five customers have their orders printed through the app(because they want loyalty points), then that means an employee won’t have to stop what he or she is doing to initiate communication with those five customers. Economically, this is a strong marketing and operation strategy for similar apps to employ.
