Nice little article explaining how fragmentation will not be a problem for android as compared to other platforms . Talking about how updates will keep older versions of android current and compatible with new technologies, and how the open nature of the android market will kill off the oldest versions systematically. very interesting.
According to crittercism.com, iPhones are crashing a a higher rate than android phones. from November to December crittercism reported that iPhones crash at about 3.7% while android apps crash about 3% of the time. iOS 5 seems to be the worse culprit accounting for 25% of all crashes. VP of developer relations Alec Saunders tweeted that Android app developers who submit an app to BlackBerry’s App World by February 13 could get a free PlayBook. Things seem to going well for Google’s android market.
