Lenovo looks at acquiring Blackberry

Chinese computer maker Lenovo is looking into a deal to possibly expand its smartphone market out of China by buying out smartphone maker Blackberry. Blackberry has been on the table for sale for a wire now and is actively looking for a buyer. CEO of Lenovo, Yang Yuanqing, expressed his interest in Blackberry under certain market conditions. Recently, Lenovo has filed a non-disclousure agreement to look at Blackberrys book to see the real position of their corporation. This could be a big move for both companies since Blackberry has been looking for a buyer for quite some time and since Lenovo has had experience buying into business dominant electronics companies like IBM.
